Ponds Forge
Splash about at the Surf City leisure pool in Ponds Forge. Sheffield’s greatest venue for swimming and having fun with the whole family! The two covered flumes ascend the building’s roof, whirl outdoors, and land in their own splash pool. Sit up for a smooth ride, or lie down for maximum speed! The main pool is ideal for swimming or just having fun in the water, but be prepared when you hear the siren because the calm waters are going to erupt into raging waves: perfect for all ages.
Rotheram Leisure Complex
Situated just outside Sheffield, Rotherham Leisure Complex has a leisure pool with a shallow entry and an aqua flume water slide, as well as a conventional swimming pool and a smaller parent and child pool. On-site, you can also endulge in other activities such as squash, or try your hand at gymnastics! Furthermore, throughout each half-term and summer holiday, they provide extra activities that are great for kids and families to take part in.
Sheffield Cable Waterski & Aqua Park
At Sheffield Cable Waterski & Aqua Park, you may dive or get dunked! As you fling yourself into the Blast Bag, cling to climbing walls, and plummet into the sea below, you’ll need a thick hide and probably even webbed feet. The park, like Total Wipeout, is full of slides and obstacles, none more daring than the Freefall Supreme. Climb to the top of the ladder and, if you dare, jump down the enormous inflatable slide. After you’ve taken the plunge, climb a 3-metre climbing wall or try your hand at the Jungle Joe frame, which, of course, includes more slides!
